Are we open to the public?
Yes. Zentori Spa is open to both hotel guests and the public. You do not need to be a guest of The Abbey Inn to enjoy our treatments or wellness services. Simply schedule your appointment and experience relaxation on the cliff overlooking the Hudson River.
What amenities are available at Zentori Spa?
Guests of Zentori Spa enjoy access to thoughtfully designed wellness amenities, including our saunas, locker rooms, relaxation lounge, and showers.
Please note that there is no pool or jacuzzi on-site. Our focus is on creating a tranquil environment dedicated to restoration and relaxation.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Spa gift cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, relaxation, and beauty to the special people in your life. We will be more than happy to assemble a group of services to fit all personalities or special occasions. Gift cards may be purchased at the Spa or by phone. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash value.

What is your cancelation policy?
We kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee for full service. This policy allows us to accommodate other guests and maintain the highest level of service.
Age requirements?
Must be 16 years old and above to receive a facial treatment.
Must be 18 years old and above to receive a massage treatment.
